Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager (Project Lead) that will be turning great ideas into successful products and services.

B&T Lab is an innovation studio. We focus on new commercially viable product ideas. We blend up-to-date tech, years of marketing and business expertise to bring future proof innovations to our clients internationally.

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management within innovation, product development, or tech-focused consulting
• a track record of leading client engagements and handling complex, product-oriented projects
• strong knowledge of strategic frameworks for opportunity identification, like Design Thinking or similar
• expertise in product development lifecycles, especially MVP design and pilot execution
• excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable project plans and deliverables
• experience working with technical and creative teams, ideally in an innovation or product-centric environment
• fluency in Czech and English at a native or professional level

We are expecting you to

• prepare and lead projects: Be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, scoping and budgeting, managing expectations, and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives
• turn ideas into real products: Oversee all phases from idea discovery to technical pilot, ensuring timely execution aligned with client needs
• collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with technical, insights, creative, and business teams to integrate expertise and deliver innovative, validated solutions
• identify innovation opportunities: Work with clients and internal teams during the framing and discovery phases to uncover innovation opportunities and shape initial concepts
