Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer that will turn insights and market opportunities into innovative ideas into elegant and functional products experiences.

We are looking for

• 4+ years of relevant experience, in-house or at an agency
• excellent interface design (UX) skills
• excellent with visual concepts (UI)
• a sharp eye for detail
• experience collaborating with technical and business teams, ideally within an innovation or product-focused environment
• hands-on experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and applying findings to the design process
• the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging designs
• fluency in Czech and English at a native or professional level
• a Figma ninja

We are expecting you to

• frame design challenges and develop initial concepts and prototypes that address identified opportunities, based on insights and opportunity spaces
• create and refine UX/UI designs, ensuring a high standard of quality and user-centered outcomes
• conduct user research and apply findings to validate ideas and inform the design process
• present solutions and final designs to clients, articulating the rationale behind your approach and decisions
• collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignment between design objectives and project goals
• support and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment
